Just-released statistics indicate that HUD Code manufacturers produced 6,731 homes in December 2019, a 13% increase over from the 5,943 new HUD Code homes produced during December 2018. Unfortunately, though, on a cumulative basis, industry production for 2019 totaled 94,615 homes, a 2% decrease from the 96,555 HUD Code homes produced in 2018.
