Just-released statistics indicate that HUD Code manufacturers produced 8,368 new homes in February 2025, virtually the same — at 0.1% — as the 8,355 new HUD Code homes produced in February 2024. Cumulative production for 2025 now totals 17,246 new HUD Code homes, as compared with 15,830 over the same period in 2024, an 8.9% increase.
